Scope of Services. Through this Site, TrueBuilt Mechanical & Construction markets and arranges Home Remodeling, Residential Construction, Commercial Remodeling, AC Repair, AC Installation, Commercial Refrigeration Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by TrueBuilt Mechanical & Construction or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. TrueBuilt Mechanical & Construction may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TrueBuilt Mechanical & Construction makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will TrueBuilt Mechanical & Construction's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify TrueBuilt Mechanical & Construction from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.
